Rock to Read

Rock-to-ReadRock to Read is a group of musicians helping to feed children’s imaginations. The 2010 and 2011 Idaho school budgets do not include any funding for new library books, and Rock to Read wants to raise awareness as well as money to purchase new books for public school libraries.

Rock to Read will be an evening of music, spoken word, and a silent auction. Proceeds will be used to purchase books chosen from the list of Children's Literature Award winners (including the Caldecott and Newbery Medals).

Rock to Read is presented by GoListenBoise & Rediscovered Bookshop
